Well Daddy,

Mommy took some pictures so you can see my tooth trying to come in. This is the best one she took. You can kinda see the white on the bottom. I will most likely have a tooth there when you get home!! I did not make it easy for Mommy to get these pictures!

Today I have gotten down a new skill that is probably going to drive Mommy crazy! Mommy puts me to bed on my back and I roll over on my stomach, just like this...

Come Home!

Thank You so much for my Dog!! I love it so much! Mommy got my picture with it. She said she will send it later. It smells just like you Mommy said. That makes me so Happy! Mommy is letting me sleep with it tonight. I know this will be my favorite toy!

I've been doing good Daddy. I am growing and becoming a big boy! I can't wait till you get home and we can play and do manly things!!

Hey Daddy,

I was so happy I got to talk to you today! You make me so happy Daddy! I know your voice and love hearing it! I know once you get home and I hear you and Mommy together and see how happy you are together I know everything will be great.

Aunt Megan watched me today while Mommy was at her interview. I was so good! I played with her the time except for when I took a nap. Aunt Megan did a good job watching me.

I know you already know about this stuff so that's why this is so short. I am posting this in an email and I will until Mommy lets me know if you can read my blog or only read e-mail.

Do I have to have teeth?

Hey Daddy,

Mommy says you are getting on the big ship soon. I guess that means you are coming home soon! I can't wait Daddy!

Today has been hard on me Daddy. It's so hard to get comfortable because of these stupid teeth. I don't want them. Do i have to have them Daddy?!

I got Mommy up pretty early. I have been doing that lately! There is way to much to do than to be sleeping. After I got her up and ate we just laid on the couch and watched TV. Of course we had to watch her girly tv shows. Hurry home Daddy so we can watch real tv! We laid around for about an hour than I started to get tired. I had a hard time getting to sleep though because of my teeth so Mommy gave me some tylenol and that helped me get right to sleep! I only slept for about a half an hour though! It was just enough time for Mommy to fall asleep then I woke up. It was funny Daddy. Mommy wasn't impressed though!

Then me and Megan played for a little so Mommy could sleep, but Megan isn't as fun as Mommy so I wouldn't let Mommy sleep. Right now I like to be held a lot. My teeth hurt and it makes me feel better to be held. I will play a little bit in my bouncer or with my toy Nanny and Pappy bought me. I also will sit in my boppy for a little bit. I really like when my Mommy gives me my teether and my pacifier to suck and chew on. I am getting really good at holding things now Daddy! I had Mommy's phone today and was chewing on it. Think its time for me to get a phone Daddy??

Mommy said you are going to be calling tomorrow! That makes me so happy Daddy. I hope I am awake when you call so I can talk to you! Maybe I can even make my new noise for you!

Daddy I love you so much, I know when you get home we might have some hard days because I don't know you so well. I know though once we get everything figured out it is going to be so much fun!

Hurry home Daddy! You are my hero! I can't wait till I am older and you can tell me all about being a Marine!

Teething sucks

Hey daddy,

So when you were teething did they bother you this much? Everything just sucks and I suck on everything! The things I like to suck the most on are: my hand, Mommy's hand, my pacifier, a wet/cold washcloth and the edge of my bouncy toy. I do NOT like frozen teethers! Mommy was so wrong when she did that. Don't worry Daddy I told her that too! My favorite is to suck on my pacifier and my hand at the same time. I even do it in my sleep! Look at the picture Mommy took of me!

Daddy, I am starting to want to be busy all the time. I used to just like to lay around or sit in my boppy but now I get tired of things quickly! Mommy has to keep me moving or I get mad. See how well I have her trained! I'm pretty easy to take care of though Daddy. I will let you know when I am hungry or tired or need a diaper change. Just dont be like Thomas and do it wrong Daddy! He's so not cool! I know you won't you are a Daddy you know better!

I can't wait to hang out with you Daddy and be held by you. I sleep with your shirt every night so I know your smell! Mommy said if there is something in your box that I can have in my crib that smells like you she will put it in! I hope there is Daddy! Mommy shows me your picture all the time and she tells me all about you. You sound pretty cool Daddy. We are going to get along good!

Today hasn't been such a good day. I think I might be getting some teeth coming in soon so I don't feel good. I have been kind of crabby for Mommy because of it. I just can't wait to see you Daddy I know you will make everything better.

Hey Daddy!

Finally Mommy got me home! I was stuck in my carseat most of yesterday. But once I got in my bed I was so happy! I even slept all night. Don't worry Daddy when you get home I won't sleep very much so we can play!

Guess what Mommy set up for me today? My bouncy!! I love it Daddy! Look at the video Mommy took of me on it!

I can't quite reach the floor yet, so I need Mommy's help to bounce. When you get home Daddy I will by then and I can show you how good I am!

I only took one good nap today! I took a little one, but besides that I have been awake all day. OH! Mommy says as soon as I am finished with these diapers I am going to be wearing 3's! I'm so big Daddy!!

Back Home in MY Bed!

Hey Daddy,

I'm home now! I can finally sleep in my bed! My bed is so much better than anyone else's. I might actually let Mommy sleep tonight. We'll see...

How EMBARRASSING! Please hurry home and rescue me Daddy! I get it at New Years than a girl's party. If you don't hurry home who knows what they will do to me next!

Today was boring Daddy. Mommy shopped and she drug me along with her. She looks at all the girly stuff and never the cool stuff. Mommy says you will look at the cool stuff, so I am going with you Daddy!

After shopping Mommy made me ride in my carseat on our long trip home. I talked to her some while she was driving. I can get pretty mad if I lose my pacifier while I'm in my seat. Daddy she locks me in there and I can barely move! So when my pacifier falls out I have to yell so she gets it for me. I normally fall asleep pretty quickly in the car. Especially in the truck. I know its your truck Daddy so I feel like you are with us. I wonder if you are a better driver than Mommy. She can be pretty wild sometimes. I bet you are.

Like I said, today was boring. I'm going to bed now in MY bed. Daddy I hope you know how much I love you already and I haven't even met you! I know we are going to have so much fun together. I can't wait to see how much I look like you. Everyone tells me I do. Mommy even says I act like you. That is a great thing!

Mommy and I listened to our song tonight Daddy! Lil buckaroo! I remember you playing that for me even before I was born. The first night you are home Daddy will you play it for me. Just me and you! I like that song a lot, it makes me think of you! I want to be JUST like you Daddy.

I got your e-mail Daddy. Don't worry either through this thingy or e-mail I will write you everday on your big ship. I'm taking care of Mommy for you, but she is a hand full I need your help! I can't wait to meet you Daddy and let you hold me and kiss me. I can't wait till all three of us are together!

All about my day...

Dear Daddy,

Wow, today was a busy day for me! I don't know if Mommy has told you or not but I don't take as many naps as I used to! Today I think I only took one real good nap and then just a few little ones. I am so into everything I don't want to be asleep and miss something! I'm sure Mommy wishes I would go back to napping all the time, but Daddy I ain't doing that anymore! I have to get ready for when you come home so we can play all the time!

Last night I slept with Mommy cause I don't like not being in my bed. My bed is the best bed ever and at Aunt Crystal's I sleep in a pack and play. I am not a fan! Plus Mommy is a lot warmer and I love to cuddle. Do you think maybe when I get home I can sleep with you sometimes? Mommy said no, but I bet I can get you to let me a few times! I was up a lot during the night. I just don't like not being at home. Mommy did bring my elephant with your shirt on it though. That helps me. It feels like you are with me and I know I am taken care of. I think as I get older that elephant with your shirt is going to be my buddy.

I woke Mommy up at 7. She kept trying to get me to go back to sleep, but I didn't want to, so I didnt! I think I have her wrapped around my little finger. I bet you will be to. Actually I bet you already are Daddy. :) So Mommy and I got up and played for a little bit. Until around nine when I got so so tired I started to get fussy. When I get fussy like that just wrap me up in a warm blanket, hold me close and give me my pacifier! I will be out in no time at all. My nap was so rudely interrupted by going to church. The pastor and music got really loud at some points it scared me and I started to cry. I got Mommy out of the service and we played. I just really wanted to play, don't tell Mommy that though!

After church Aunt Crystal needed us to find a Tinkerbell candle for Cari's cake. UGH so girly. I don't want Tinkerbell Daddy. I want Firemen or Cowboys or Sports something. Make sure Mommy doesn't do anything girly. If you didn't know she is like that, I'm not though! So we had to drive all over to find this stupid candle. Nobody seemed to realize that Cari didn't even care about it. I knew though, she told me! Mommy told me she was talking to you while we were looking for it. I love when you and Mommy talk, she is so happy and that makes me so happy. Sometimes when I hear your voice I get real calm and quiet and just smile. I know how happy you make me and Mommy. I love you Daddy!

So we got crazy Cari her candle and came back to her house. Mommy talked to you for a little bit and I just let her hold me. I like it when I can cuddle up on your chest and feel you breathe. A lot of the time I will breathe just like you. I can't wait for you to hold me like that!

Mommy had to help get stuff ready for Cari's party so I had to play with Uncle Caleb. See if I ever do that again! Daddy I know you are going to be so much better at playing with me!

Well then I started to play with this sound stage that they got me for Christmas.
I'm still a little wobbly with my head and if you aren't careful I headbang things. I don't do it on purpost but I have only had a few months to work out! So Uncle Caleb forgot this and look what happened to my head!
Ok, well silly Mommy can't take a good picture. So I will have to tell you! I got a red bump! I might even get a shiner! Don't worry Daddy I will say " You should see what happened to the other guy!" I'm so tough like you Daddy! It didn't hurt, but I stopped playing with Uncle Caleb after that:)

Then it was time for Cari's party! She got this chocolate cake ALL to herself and she smashed it ALL over. Look at how silly girls are Daddy!
Well Mommy was mean Daddy and she didn't let me have any. So, guess what I did? This...
I was mad at Mommy so I went to bed! See my overalls I am wearing? Mommy said those are the ones you picked out for me! I love them! You have good taste! You are going to have to start picking out my clothes, what if Mommy wants me to wear girly stuff! Ewww!

Ever since I went to sleep during Cari's party I have pretty much stayed asleep except to get up and eat! I have Mommy trained so well! I just snort and huff a little and she feeds me! I have the life! It will be perfect once you get home though! Oh Daddy, I've decided you and Mommy can't have any brothers or sisters for me. I love love being the only child. So spoil away!!

I watched football tonight Daddy. I think I'm going to be a football player when I grow up. Don't worry Daddy I will play for the Eagles!

I miss you Daddy and I can't wait to see you. Mommy says its next month! I can't wait. I hope Ican talk to you on the phone again soon. I am starting to really make a lot of noises I want you to hear me, I bet you will be proud!
